Organiser Info

1. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booking for safety briefing and to change into your suits and safety wear. Any driver arriving after the start of the safety briefing will not be allowed to kart.
   
   
2. We run a tight schedule due to popularity. You must arrive on time or you will forfeit your booking.
   
   
3. Occassionally essential track or kart maintenance will need to be carried out between bookings. This is for your safety and we will endevour to complete it as quickly as possible.
   
   
4. You are welcome to wear your own karting gear but please make sure all helmets are full face and Moto X helmets MUST have goggles.
   
   
5. Please make sure all drivers in your party are dressed sensibly with appropriate footwear. No high heels, sandals, flip flops, slingbacks etc can be worn. Trainers are ideal.
   
   
6. All long hair must be tied back.
   
   
7. All monies must be settled before karting. All deposits are non-refundable. If any additional drivers turn up we will accomodate them if possible amd they can pay the full amount upon arrival (we cannot guarantee space to drivers who have not booked).
   
   
8. If taking part in a Le Mans Endurance event please contact us with your team name(s) and names of drivers in advance.
   
   
9. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE ALLOWED TO RACE IF YOU HAVE CONSUMED ALCOHOL.  We do have a licensed bar but you must understand alcohol will only be served after you have completed your race.
   
   
10. Junior drivers must be 8 years old or over and at least 4ft 1". Proof of age will be asked for for younger drivers.
    
    
11. Adult drivers must be over 15 years and 5ft. Proof of age may be asked for and if not provided then you will not be able to kart.
    
    
12. If you are an adult driving with your children, please respect the fact that the youngster's safety is our absolute priority. Adult karts may be speed limited for the safety of younger drivers. If you are found not to be looking after the younger drivers in your party then you will be removed from the track.
    
    
13. Our cafe serves cakes, confectionary and snacks. If you require any other food then please contact us in advance on 01295 701010 to discuss menus.
